Jaya Properti Fatmawati selaku entitas anak usaha, JRP menghadirkan CORE Cipete sebagai one stop living yang berkonsep hybrid antara hunian, kantor, co-working space, dan sarana penunjangnya. Hal ini akan menjadi  temuan terbaru yang paling strategis di Jakarta Selatan.

Direktur PT Jaya Real Property, Tbk. Djuniardi Christanto mengatakan, proyek apartemen ini menjadi salah satu jawaban dari permasalahan gaya hidup yang menuntut kemudahan layanan serta akses transportasi untuk para generasi milenial.

CORE Cipete yang berdiri di lahan seluas 2.600 m2 di Jalan Fatmawati Raya, Jakarta Selatan itu akan dibangun dengan 199 unit dengan 17 lantai yang terdiri atas studio, workshop, dan quarter dengan luas unit mulai dari 30 m2 hingga 90 m2.
